How Much Does a Pre-Engineered Steel Warehouse Cost in Pakistan?

Pre-engineered steel warehouse — cost guide cover
Pre-engineered steel buildings (PEBs) have become the standard choice for warehouses and factories across Pakistan, largely because they're faster to erect and easier to cost accurately than conventional RCC construction.
Three factors drive cost more than any others: clear span (wider spans need heavier primary frames), eave height (taller buildings need more steel tonnage and larger foundations), and cladding specification (insulated sandwich panels cost more than single-skin sheeting but cut long-term cooling/heating costs).
As a general range, ABY Engineering's PEB structures run from roughly PKR 3,200 to PKR 7,500 per square foot for the structure alone, depending on these factors — always confirmed with a fixed quote after a proper load and span review, never a rough per-square-foot rule of thumb.
The fastest way to get an accurate number is a short design consultation: we ask for your required clear span, eave height, and roof/wall cladding preference, then return a firm fabrication and erection quote within days.
